ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.S.RAMESH,J.) The grievance of the petitioner herein is that there are some dead trees strewn around Thinakaran Office at Uthangudi and Kendravidyalaya School at P.T.Rajan Street, B.B.Kulam and since his representation for removal of those trees was not acted upon by the respondents, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2. Pending the Writ Petition, the respondents herein had removed all the dead trees from the roads, which is also ratified by the learned counsel for the petitioner. As such, the grievance of the petitioner has been met and no further orders are required to be passed in the present Writ Petition.

3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
