ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2023 within the time limit that may be stipulated by this High Court.

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a First Information Report has been registered in Crime No.1548 of 2023 on 18.10.2023 for the offences under Sections 452, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) of IPC. Hence only for enquiry the petitioner was called and there is no life threat to the petitioner.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, let the representation of the petitioner be disposed of within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the enquiry.

4. With this direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
