O R D E R

The writ petition is seeking for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents not to provide the electricity connection in respect of various survey numbers situated at Vikramasingapurai, Ambasamuthiram,

Tirunelveli District. According to the petitioner, the lands in various survey numbers belong to the Papanasamsamy Thiruvavadudurai Pitchai Kattalai. 2.Heard Mr.M.Ramu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents.

3.Without adverting to the averments made in the writ petition and considering the limited prayer, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation giving details of the persons, who are in encroachment of the property belonging to the petitioner, to the respondents, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If such representation is made, the second respondent herein shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law and the second respondent shall effect service connection in respect of those persons, only after giving proper notice to the petitioner concerned.

4.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
