Contemnor/3rd Respondent Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the contempt of Courts Act, 1971, to punish the respondent for his deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 29.07.2013 in M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2013 in W.P.(MD)No.12502 of 2013. Prayer in MP(MD). 1/ 2013 in WP(MD).12502/2013 : To grant an Ad interim orders directing the 3rd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer to approve the appointment of J.Jeyanthi as BT Assistant (Science) in the petitioner school w.e.f the date of her appointment on 26.6.2012 with all attendant benefits within a reasonable time as may be specified by this Honble Court with a condition that he should pass the teachers Eligibility Test within 5 years from the date of appointment, pending disposal of the WP.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ, Order or Direction in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the 3rd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer to approve forthwith the appointment of J.Jeyanthi, as BT Assistant (Science) in the petitioner school w.e.f the date of her appointment on 26.6.2012 with all attendant benefits including the arrears of salary and allowances.

Heard Mr.A.Ajith Geethan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.A.K.Baskara Pandian, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order dated 29.07.2013 in M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2013 in W.P.(MD)No.12502 of 2013. has been complied by the respondent and he has made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement made, this Contempt Petition is closed.
