PETITION FOR MODIFICATION Under Section 439(1)b of Cr.P.C PRAYER :- To modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13618 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.13618 of 2025, dated 14.08.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition for more than 20 days.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioners are complying with the condition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13618 of 2025 dated 14.08.2025 is modified to the 2/4

effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, once in a week on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.
