Respondents 1 to 3 Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, pleased to summon the respondents and punish them for their willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.M.P.(MD)No.1506 of 2016 in W.P.(MD)No.1739 of 2016, dated 28.01.2016.

Mandamus direct the respondents to pay arrears of salary from the month of November 2012 and further release the monthly grant in order to enable the 4th respondent to pay salary to the petitioner continuously for the future period, in view of the judgment rendered by the Honourable Supreme Court in Pramati Educational & Cultural Trust & Others case.
