2.Heard Mr.G.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned counsel for appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent. 3.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent, by producing a proceedings in Na.Ka.No.501/M3/2015, dated 13.10.2017, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with by the respondent herein.
