Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in Se.Mu.Aa.No.E4/2212/2015 dated 31.07.2015 on the file of the Respondent No.2 and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondent No.2 to appoint the Petitioner as Bill Clerk with the Respondent No.2 office or any other competent post on compassionate ground within the time stipulated by this Honble Court.
