When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that challenging the transfer order issued by the sixth respondent on 21.11.2017, the present writ petition has been filed and the petitioners are working in the transferred place for about five years.
2. It is seen from the records that this writ petition has been filed in the year 2017 and the petitioners are working in the transferred place for about five years. Hence, on account of efflux of time, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
