ORDER

The petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd Respondent Police to file a final report in respect of the FIR in Crime No.52 of 2022 on the file of the 2nd Respondent Police.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.52 of 2022, a final report has been filed on 23.03.2025 and it has not yet been taken on file by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri.

3. In view of the aforesaid submission, nothing survives for further adjudication. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. 23.09.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Indu 2/4
