The contempt petition has been filed to punish the contemnors / Respondents for their willful and deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.22176 of 2015, dated 15.12.2015.

2. Heard Mr.S.Balamurugan, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.C.Selvaraj, learned Special Government Pleader for the first Respondent and Mrs.S.Bharathi, Mr.Prabhu Rajadurai, learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3 respectively and perused the records.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader and the learned counsel appearing for the respective Respondents would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.

4. Recording the statement of learned Special Government Pleader and the learned counsel appearing for the respective Respondents, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
