[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's Enrolment Application with the first and second respondents in PR/2022/13069 on 10.11.2022, within a stipulated period.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu, on instructions, would submit before this Court that the application submitted by the petitioner has been sent to the Rajiv Gandhi Law University, Bangaluru, Karnataka, for verification and it will take another two months time to get the report. He would further submit that after obtaining report from the University, necessary action will be taken expeditiously.

3. Recording the aforesaid submissions made by the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Bar Council of Tamil Nadu, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Bar Council to take necessary steps in

considering his application, after obtaining the report from the University, without any further delay. No Costs.
