O R D E R

This petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor/respondent and punish him for the wilful disobedience of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15265 of 2015 dated 06.08.2015.

2. When the case was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, submitted that pursuant to the order passed by this Court, a case in Crime No.234 of 2016 has been registered.

3. Recording the above, this petition is closed as nothing survives in the contempt petition.
