By relying on a sale deed dated 23.10.2008, a settlement deed dated 17.10.2011 and a judgement and decree of the Trial Court and Appellate Court in civil proceedings against the private respondents herein, the petitioner applied for a survey on 01.08.2025 and has filed this Writ Petition on account of the alleged failure to act thereon.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 and 2. He submits that the petitioner's application would be considered and disposed of on merits after putting the private respondents on notice.

3. In view of the said submissions, it has become unnecessary to issue notice in this Writ Petition to the private respondents. Instead, this Writ Petition is disposed of by directing the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's request for a survey and dispose of the same within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of 2/4
