: Respondents PRAYER:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to settle the insurance claim due to the death of the petitioner's husband Pandi and adjust the loan amount availed by him from the fourth respondent Bank and further to direct the fourth respondent to repay the amount paid by the petitioner after the demise of her husband Pandi his loan amount.
