ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The property in question belonged to the petitioner's father-inlaw. He is no more. All that the petitioner seeks is transfer of patta in favour of the legal heirs.
3. The learned Special Government Pleader would point out that one of the legal heirs has been omitted.
4. I direct the third respondent to hold an enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petition mentioned representation after issuing notice to all the legal heirs of the deceased/pattadhars including the daughter born through the first wife. This exercise shall be completed within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter.
