Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the respondents 3 and 4.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition in the light of the judgment and decree passed by the Sub Court, Trichy in O.S.No.500 of 2000 and in O.S.No.341 of 2007 vide judgment and decree, dated 28.06.2018.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to work out alternate remedy in accordance with law. No cost.
