O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records in pursuant to the impugned FIR in Crime No.388 of 2018 on the file of the respondent Police and Quash the same as far as the petitioner's concerned.

2. The case of the prosecution is that on 14.05.2018 at about 12.30 a.m., while the respondent in her regular duty, she found that the first accused along with other persons participated in a protest regarding Thoothukudi sterlite gun shot, without getting any proper permission from the concerned authority. Hence, FIR has been registered in Crime No.388 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 143, 341 and 188 IPC on 24.05.2018. Seeking quashment of the above said FIR, this petition has been filed.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on the basis of FIR in Crime No.388 of 2018, Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Karur.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, if the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the 2/4

above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.
