ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to pass an order directing the 2nd and 3rd respondents not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry frequently.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that it is a matrimonial issue between the parties, over which complaint was given by the third respondent herein. During the course of enquiry, both parties were directed to appear before Social Welfare Officer for conciliation process. The third respondent has made a statement and on that basis, the complaint was closed.
3. In view of the closure of the complaint, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
