Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner seeks issuance of patta in his favour in respect of the petition mentioned land. In this regard, the recommendatory proposal appears to have been spent to the first respondent.
3. The first respondent is directed to pass order on the said proposal on merits and in accordance with law within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Based on the order of the first respondent, the other officials will take appropriate proceedings.
