(MD)No.1844 of 2016.

Prayer in WMP(MD). 1595/ 2016 :

to issue suitable Ad Interim Orders directing the 3rd respondent District Educational Officer to temporarily approve the appointment of Tmt. C. Deva Sutha Anita as Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner-school w.e.f., the date of appointement on 20.12.2011 and disburse grant-in-aid towards salary w.e.f., 01.11.2012 and other attendant benefits, pending disposal of the WP Prayer in WP(MD). 1844/ 2016 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceeding 3rd respondent herein in Tho.Moo.Mu.1568/A2/2012 dated 22.11.2012, Quash the same and futher direct the respondents herein to approve the appointment of Tmt.C.Deva Sutha Anita as Secondary Grade Teacher in the petitioner-school w.e.f. 20.12.2011 and disburse grant-in-aid towards salary w.e.f., 01.11.2012 and other attendant benefits.

ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 28.01.2016 in W.M.P.(MD)No.1595 of 2016 in W.P. (MD)No.1844 of 2016, has been complied with and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.775/A25/2015, dated 15.02.2017. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
