Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent herein in O.Mu.No.5409/Aa2/2015 dated 04.01.2016 quash the same, and further direct the 3rd respondent herein to approve the petitioners appointment as BT Assistant (Science) in the 4th respondent school w.e.f. 24.06.2013 with salary and other attendant benefits. O R D E R

This Court, by interim order dated 20.01.2016, in W.M.P.(MD). No.979 of 2016 in W.P.(MD).No.1196 of 2016 directed the respondent herein to grant temporary approval to the appointment of the petitionerpending disposal of the writ petition. Since the respondent herein has not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, by producing the proceedings of the respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.644/A2/2016, dated 10.02.2017, submitted that the interim order passed by this Court has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.
