ORDER

The present petition has been filed by the wife, seeking transfer of the case in H.M.O.P.No.153 of 2022 pending on the file of the Family Court, Karur to be transferred to Family Court, Coimbatore, on the ground that she is a permanent resident of Coimbatore and she is having one year old child.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent / husband submits that it will be very difficult for him to appear for every hearing before the Family Court, Coimbatore.

4. Considering the above said facts, H.M.O.P.No.153 of 2022 pending on the file of Family Court, Karur, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to Family Court, Coimbatore. The learned Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore is hereby directed not to insist upon the personal appearance of the respondent / husband, unless it is compulsory. 2/4

5. With the above said observations, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 23.02.2023 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Sm TO:
