:Contemnor/3rd Respondent/3rd Respondent PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, praying to punish the respondent herein for deliberate and willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 08.12.2015, in M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2015 in W.P.(MD) No.18855 of 2015.

Prayer in WP(MD). 18855/ 2015 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the fourth respondent herein in Na.Ka.No 322/Aa1/15 dated 09.07.2015 Quash the Same, and further Direct the 3rd respondent herein to approve the petitioners appointment as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 5th respondent school w.e.f., 14.09.2012 with salary and other attendant benefits.

Pryer in M.P.NO.1 /2015:

To issue suitable ad interim orders directing the 3rd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer to temporarily approve the appointment of petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 5th respondent School w.e.f the date of petitioner's appointment on 14.09.2012 with all attendment benefits within a reasonable time as may be specified by this Court,pending disposal of the writ petition.

When the matter was taken up for consideration today, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the order passed by this Court dated 08.12.2015, in M.P.(MD)No.1 of 2015 in W.P.(MD) No.18855 of 2015, has been complied with and to that effect, he has also produced a copy of the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.3308/A2/2015, dated 15.02.2017. In view of the same, the Contempt Petition is closed.
