Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent herein AEEO in O.Mu. 2168/Aa1/2015 dated 16.11.2015 Quash the same, and further Direct the 3rd respondent herein to approve the petitioner s appointment as BT Assistant (Science) in the 5th respondent school w.e.f., 19.07.2013 with salary and other attendant benefits. Prayer in MP(MD). 2/ 2015 in WP(MD).21893/2015 : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue suitable Ad Interim orders directing the 3rd respondent District Elementary Educational Officer to temporarily approve the appointment of petitioner as BT Assistant (Science) in the 5th respondent School w.e.f., the date of petitioner s appointment on 19.07.2013 with all attendant benefits within a reasonable time as may be specified by this Honourable Court.

This Court, by interim order dated 08.12.2015, in M.P.(MD). No.2 of 2015 in W.P.(MD).No.21893 of 2015 directed the respondent herein to grant temporary approval to the petitioner to the post of B.T.Assistant (Science) pending disposal of the writ petition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Since the respondent herein has not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent, by producing the proceedings of the respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.016/A5/2016, dated 10.02.2017, submitted that the interim order passed by this Court has already been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.
