ORDER

It is submitted by both sides that the order of this Court passed in W.P(MD).No.22117 of 2024 dated 18.09.2024 has been complied with, inasmuch as the respondent has decided to acquire the petitioner's land, and a compensation of Rs.48,36,563/- has been agreed upon through private negotiations with the petitioner.

2. The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that the amount would be paid to the petitioner within a period of four weeks.
