This Writ Petition is filed seeking a Mandamus as against the Respondent Nos.1 to 3 to consider the representation of the Petitioner dated 21.06.2023 requesting to relocate his NAESEY canteen, towards the Eastern Gate (New Building), within the premises of Government Medical College, Virudhunagar.

2. The petitioner made a representation on 21.06.2023, seeking to relocate his NAESEY canteen, towards the Eastern Gate (New Building), within the premises of Government Medical College, Virudhunagar. Since the same was not considered till date, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into the merits of the matter, this Court directs the respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 21.06.2023, within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
