Balamurugan, B.T. Assistant (History) w.e.f. 15.11.12 in the petitioner' s school and pay all monetary and service benefits with arrears.

2.The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order 07.08.2013 passed in M.P.Nos.1 and 1 of 2013 in W.P.(MD).Nos.13173 and 13174 of 2013 have been complied by issuing proceedings dated 22.02.2017. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner accepts the same and has made an endorsement to that effect.

4.Recording the aforesaid submission and endorsement made, these Contempt Petitions are closed.
