.. Respondent/ Contemnor PRAYER: Petition filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, praying to punish the respondent herein for his willful disobedience of the orders of this Court made in W.P.(MD).No.3575 of 2012, dated 26.08.2014.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus, calling for the records relating to the proceedings in RC.No.1569/A2/2011 dated 12.08.2011 on the file of the third respondent herein and to quash the same and direct the respondents 1 to 3 to regularize the services of the petitioner for the period from 11.08.2009 being the date on which, the petitioner was relieved by the third respondent herein and 04.06.

2010 being the date on which the petitioner was reported for duty before the fourth respondent and allow the petitioner to join duty as the BT Assistant Teacher in Mathematics in the fourth respondent school, by treating the said period as one of duty except the medical leave requested by the petitioner with all the arrears of pay and benefits and continuity of service for all purposes and also the increments calculated as of on continuous duty together with the arrears of the difference of pay as per the report of the 6th pay Commission on the basis of the letters, dated 06.09.2010 in Rc.No.183 of 2010 and dated 28.02.2011 in his Rc.No.183 of 2010 both on the file of the fourth respondent herein addressed to the second respondent within a time frame. ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court made in W.P.(MD). No.3575 of 2012, dated 26.08.2014, has not been complied with, the petitioner has come up before this Court with this contempt petition.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for both sides submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
