This Writ Petition is filed in the nature of to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the petitioners name from the History Sheet no. 702/2022, on the file of the 3rd respondent, by considering petitioners representation dated 21.10.2023 within a stipulated time 2.The petitioner has sent a representation to the respondents to remove his name from the History Sheet on 21.10.2023. Since the same was not considered till date, he has filed this writ petition seeking direction to consider the same by the respondents. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that only on the basis of the FIR registered in Crime No.226 of 2013 on the file of the third respondent police station, the history sheet was opened in respect of the petitioner. Now it is pending before the Sessions Court. It was foisted against the petitioner only due to the election motive.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the representation made by the petitioner will be taken for consideration in the meeting scheduled to be held in the month of December. 4.In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition stands disposed of on the above terms. The third respondent is directed to place the pepers before the committee without fail. No costs.
