Respondents PRAYER :- Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 to punish the contemnors/ respondents under the contempt of court act, for not paying salary to the petitioner from July 2022 onwards in violation of the order of this Hon`ble Court dated 20-05-2022 in W.P. (MD).No.9939 of 2022 and pass such further or other order as this Hon`ble

Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstance of the case, and thus render justice.

ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner praying this Court to punish the respondent for wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD).No.9939 of 2022, dated 20.05.2022.

2. When the matter was taken up, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner also endorses the stand of the respondent that the order has been complied with. Compliance report has also been filed by the respondent in this regard.

3. Recording the said compliance, this contempt petition stands closed.
