Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondent to pay all retirement benefits and consequential benefits to the petitioner by considering his representation dated 02.12.2015 in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Honble Court.

ORDER

The contempt petition is filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the contemnor / respondent for his willful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.22355 of 2015, dated 14.12.2015.

2. Heard Mr.R.Alagumani, learned counsel for the petitioner and R.Murali, learned counsel for the contemnor.

3. It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire pension benefits have already been paid to the petitioner and he has also produced the order copy dated 05.02.2016.
