ORDER

This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking an order exempting the petitioner from paying the court fee of Rs.9,273/- in filing this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal in C.M.A.(MD)SR No.78876 of 2022 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the affidavit filed in support of this petition.

3. The learned counsel for the 1st respondent and the learned counsel for the 2nd respondent have not raised any objections to this petition.

4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is exempted from paying the court fee of Rs.9,273/- for the present, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall pay the said court fee as and when the petitioner receives any part of the award amount or as and when specifically directed by this Court.
