This writ petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to extend the fishing right in Karungkulam Kanmai, Puthupalayam Village, Rajapalayam Taluk, Virudhunagar District.

2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner is not having instructions.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents based on the counter affidavit submits that there is no provision available for extending the lease and the lease was already granted in favour of third party.

4.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
