When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the case, in Crime No.9 of 2013, has been closed as mistake of fact after due investigation and closure report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Madurai, on 21.11.2015. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner across the bar.
