..Respondents/ Respondents/Respondents PRAYER: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, to punish the respondent for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court, in W.M.P(MD). No.4371 of 2016 in W.P. (MD) No.4879 of 2016, dated 10.03.2016. Prayer in WMP(MD). 4371/ 2016 :

To stay the operation of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings R.C.N6/231/15 dated 24.02.2016 so as to enable the petitioner to continue in service pending disposal of the writ petition.

Prayer in WP(MD). 4879/ 2016 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings R.C.N6/231/15 dated 24.02.2016 and quash the same and confer all the consequential benefits.

O R D E R

This Court, by an earlier order dated 10.03.2016 in W.M.P(MD). No.4371 of 2016 in W.P.(MD).No.4879 of 2016 had directed the respondents to stay all further proceedings of the impugned order passed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings in R.C.No.N6/231/15, dated 24.02.1016 so as to enable the petitioner to continue in service pending disposal of the writ petition. Since the respondents herein have not complied with the same, the petitioner has come up with this contempt petition. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, by producing a proceedings in Na.Ka.g7/403/2016, dated 28.08.2017, submitted that the order passed in the writ petition has been complied with and nothing survives in this contempt petition.

3.Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed. No costs.
