Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order of the 3rd respondent in O.Mu.No.1747/A2/2011 dated 08.04.2011 and quash the same and direct the respondent to sanction 1 set of incentive increment for M.Phil, to the petitioner with effect from 30.12.2009 and confer all the consequential benefits. It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents/contenmors that though SLP is filed against the order passed in the writ appeal, the respondents have complied with the order passed in the writ petition subject to the out come of the order in the SLP.
