O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd Respondent herein to initiate appropriate action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of my representation dated 08.05.2023 lodged before the 2nd Respondent within the stipulated time as fixed by this court.

2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, an enquiry was undertaken in C.No.136/DCB/Tenkasi dated 18.08.2023. During the course of enquiry, it revealed that it is a civil dispute. Hence, the complaint was closed by advising the parties to work out remedy before the concerned Civil Court.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that a fake and forged power deed has been created by the counter respondents. Only on that basis the complaint was given.

4. In view of the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner 2/4

to work out remedy through appropriate proceedings before the concerned Court. No costs.
