Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to survey and demarcate the petitioners property comprised in S.No. 98-6A measureing an extent of 0.98.0 Ares situated at Arasamalai Village, Ponnamaravathi Taluk, Puthukottai district on the basis of the representatyion given by the petitioner dated 29.04.2015 within the time stipulated by this Honble Court and direct teh 2nd respondent provide adequate police protection to survey the subject land For Petitioner : Mr.Babu Rajendran For Respondent : Mr.J.Gunaseelan Muthaiah

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that the order has been complied with by passing a proceedings dated 08.02.2016.
2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that already the rival party has filed a Writ petition in W.P.(MD) No.3352 of 2016 and the petitioner has been shown as respondent in the said writ petition.
