This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to remove the seal in total magazine in the petitioner's Fireworks Factory namely, M/s.Sree Sivaraj Fireworks Factory, based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.10.2023.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh petition with proper prayer and proper pleadings and she has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
