RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to punish the respondents for committing the contempt of Court for disobeying the order dated 18.08.2015 passed by this Honourable Court in WP.(MD).No.9611/2015 and thus render justice. PRAYER IN WP(MD). No.9611 of 2015 Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of thee Constitution of India for the issuance of a Writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to pass necessary orders for issuing regular retirement, and consequently to pay all the retiremental benefits together with interest at the rate of 12% p.a and awarding Selection Grade with effect from 13.10.
1993 and awarding special grade with effect from 13.10.2003 and give due promotion to the post of Depot Manager Gr- I with effect from the date on which his immediate junior was given promotion to the post of Depot Manager Gr-I with all attendant, monitory benefits, regular pension etc. within the time stipulated by this Court.
ORDER : This Contempt petition coming on for hearing on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof to the contempt petition made by the High court and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.
