When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that a case has been registered, in Crime No.349 of 2016, under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(1) I.P.C., on the basis of the complaint dated 27.07.2015, lodged by the petitioner herein and to that effect she has also produced a copy of the F.I.R. before this Court.
