.. Contemnor/Respondent Prayer: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act praying this Court to punish the respondent herein for his deliberate and wilful disobedience of the order of this Court 22.12.2015 in M.P(MD)No.2 of 2015 in W.P.(MD)No.23380 of 2015.

Prayer in MP(MD). 2/ 2015 in WP(MD).23380/2015 : To grant an order of Ad-Interim orders directing the 3rd respondent herein to grant temporary approval to the appointment of petitioner as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 5th respondent school from 24.08.2012 onwards with salary and other attendant benefits, pending disposal of the WP.

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued by the 4th respondent herein in O.Mu.No.890/A2/2014 dt.29.04.2014 and the subsequent proceedings issued by the 3rd respondent herein in Na.Ka.No.3170/A5/2014 dated 06.08.2014, quash the same, and further direct the 3rd respondent herein to approve petitioners appointment as Secondary Grade Teacher in the 5th respondent school from 24.08.2012 onwards with salary and other ..

ORDER

The learned Additional Government Pleader would submit that pursuant to the direction issued by this Court dated 22.12.2015 in M.P(MD)No.2 of 2015 in W.P.(MD)No.23380 of 2015, the respondents have approved the appointment of the petitioner from March 2016 and paid his salaries.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner was appointed on 24.08.2012 in the school, who is the fifth respondent in the main writ petition, but temporary approval was granted only from March 2016.

3. Considering the submissions of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this contempt petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order of the respondent dated 26.10.2016 in the manner known to law.
