PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to take necessary action as against the respondents 5 & 6 and direct them to provide and furnish the petitioner proper particulars for payment of the equated monthly instalments pertaining to loan account No.1597252 in accordance with the guidelines envisaged by Reserve Bank of India. The petitioner has obtained a loan from the fifth and sixth respondents Financial Institutions. He has filed this writ petition for a Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to furnish the required particulars for payment of his monthly installments to his loan account. However, the same was not provided by the respondents. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court in the year 2017 directing the respondents 5 & 6 to provide the required details for settlement of loan amount.

2.When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this petitioner died and he is not in a position to get any instructions from the petitioner's side.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the respondents 5 & 3/6

6 submits that the petitioner has already settled his loan and as on date there is no due from the petitioner.
