Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the impugned proceedings issued the 2nd respondent Director in Mu.Mu.No. 121556/w5/e3/2010 dated 31.12.2010 and the subsequent proceedings in O.Mu.No.28994/k /e1/2011 dated 20.05.2011, quash the same and further direct the respondents to give third incentive increments to the petitioner for possessing higher qualification of M.Phil.
