JUDGMENT
The review applicant is a tenant of the respondent premises. Earlier on the allegation that the landlord is attempting to evict him by force, the tenant has preferred O.S.No.322 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District Munsif Court, Dindigul which is pending as on today. 2.While the suit was pending, the landlord has preferred RLTOP.No.14 of 2021 before the Rent Controller/Principal District Munsif Court, Dindigul seeking eviction of tenant. The order of eviction was passed on 18.10.2023. Challenging the same, the tenant has preferred RLTA.No.1 of 2024 before the Appellate Rent Tribunal/Principal Sub Court, Dindigul. Alleging that the Appellate Tribunal has not expeditiously taken up the matter, the landlord has preferred CRP(MD).No.1453 of 2025 seeking disposal expeditious of the appeal. This Court by an order dated 30.04.2025 has directed the Appellate Authority to dispose of the appeal on or before 30.11.2025. Seeking to review the said order, the present review application has been filed.

3.According to the learned counsel for the review applicant, the revision petition has been filed by the landlord based upon the erroneous submission and therefore, the review application has to be entertained. 4.There is no necessity by this Court to entertain the review application. It is for the Appellate Authority to decide the issue on merits. Therefore, the review application stands dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
