ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the 5th respondent to return the petitioners' original certificates submitted at the time of admission to the 5th respondent along with their super speciality degree certificate.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that as and when the representation is given by the petitioner to the 5th respondent, the documents as requested by the petitioner would be released to them.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to the petitioner to make a representation to the 5th respondent within a period of one (1) week from today. On receipt of such representation, the 5th respondent shall release the documents within a period of two (2) weeks therefrom.
