Prayer: Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act 1971, pleased to punish the respondents for willful deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P. (MD)No.9454 of 2010, dated 30.07.2010.

Prayer in WP(MD). 9454/ 2010 :

Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a WRIT OF CERTIORARIFIED MANDAMUS or any other appropriate Writ or Order or Directions in the nature of writ, calling for the records, pertaining to the order passed in G.O.Ms.No.152, Education Department, dated 5.8.2005 and that of the 2nd respondent in Mu.Mu.No.61241/D2/E1/09 dated 4.12.2009 and quash the same, in so far as the petitioner is concerned, and direct the respondents to continue the petitioner s scale of pay of Rs. 1400/- as per V th Pay Commission and further revised at Rs.5000/- as per VI th Pay Commission and confer all the consequential benefits. ORDER

The contempt petition is filed to punish the respondents for willful deliberate disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.9454 of 2010, dated 30.07.2010.

2. Heard Mr.V.Panneer Selvam, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.A.Muthu Karuppan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents and perused the records.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the Respondents and the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the order of this Court has been complied with.

4. Recording the statement of both counsel, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
