ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court for a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to provide electricity service connection to his residential house.

2.The case of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent has raised objections for providing electricity service connection to the petitioner's house.

3.This Court ordered notice to the 3rd respondent and his name is also printed in the cause list. There is no representation for the 3rd respondent.

4.Since the 3rd respondent has not responded to this writ petition, with the available materials this court disposes of the writ petition with a direction to the 1st 2/4

respondent to conduct enquiry by issuing notice to the 3rd respondent and to the petitioner. Based on the materials produced by them in support of their claim, the 1st respondent shall take a decision for effecting electricity service connection. This exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
