This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to the Crime No.186 of 2022 pending on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same.

When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that after completing the investigation, charge sheet has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.513 of 2022.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. 2/4
